When dark entities begin targeting Maggie, Harold faces a choice between confronting these threats or preserving his own fading existence. The digital novella follows Harold's struggle to protect Maggie while dealing with his own deteriorating grip on the afterlife. The story centers on Harold's internal conflict as he weighs protecting Maggie against his own survival in the afterlife.
